What we collect
Aurora Bakery Ltd collects only what we need to take pre-orders, run the wholesale account portal and reply to enquiries: names, emails, phone numbers and any details you give us when you message us.
We do not buy mailing lists. We do not enrich your data from other sources.
How we use it
Pre-orders are stored for 90 days to handle refunds and returns. Wholesale account data stays for the lifetime of the account. Newsletter sign-ups are stored until you unsubscribe — which you can do from any email we send.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days. Email hello@aurora-bakery.com with the subject "Data request". You also have the right to complain to the ICO.
Third parties
Stripe processes payments. Mailgun sends transactional email. Plausible (cookie-free) handles analytics. No data is shared beyond what each service needs to do its job.
