Three generations. One sourdough starter named Doris.

How it started

Aurora was born in a garage in 2014 when our founder, Maya, taught herself to bake from a library book and a stubborn refusal to buy supermarket bread. By 2016 she had a stall, by 2018 a shopfront, and today a team of seven who all share the same 4am alarm.
